Regulations LoveCon The Fair/ The Convention

♦ 1.Fair Infos:

- To access the fair section, it is mandatory to be provided with a "ticket" (a One-day or Two-days ticket) sold on the site Lovecon.fr via the ticketing billetweb.fr whose general conditions of sale are available here : https://www.billetweb.fr/fr/cgv

- After placing and paying your order for a fair ticket, you will receive an e-mail containing your fair tickets in PDF format.

- If you have purchased several tickets, you must print or keep the tickets on your smartphone for each participant.

-To access the fair you will need to provide your ID and your ticket printed or on your smartphone (received by email in PDF format) and parental authorization if applicable. A badge and a bracelet/wristband will be given to you.

-No fair ticket will be sent by post.

- After the recovery of your badge and bracelet/wristband, you must have them on you at all times for the duration of the event. A badge / bracelet / ticket checking may be requested at any time by any member of the show organization.
If you can not / don't want to present your badge /bracelet / ticket, members of the organization of the event reserve the right to make you leave the fair immediately and without refund.

- Minor participants (under 18 years old) must fill in the parental discharge (available on the lovecon.fr website) and bring it completed, on the day of the fair.
Otherwise, access will be denied. An accompanying person is not necessary, except for participants under 13 years old.
Royal Events reserves the right to verify the information provided by the parent / guardian's by calling the phone number.

- Fair tickets are only refundable in case of total cancellation of the event.

- In case of impossibility to go to the event, Royal Events will in no way be held responsible (even if you have a fair ticket) and no refund will be possible.

Catering, accommodation, transportation or other costs are entirely your responsibility. It is impossible to request a refund from Royal Events even if there are changes to dates or cancellation of an event.

- The sale of extras is reserved only for fair and convention ticket holders.

- Extras tickets (additional activities) are sold on the Lovecon.fr website via the billetweb.fr ticket shop whose general conditions of sale are available here: https://www.billetweb.fr/fr/cgv

- Your confirmation of your tickets extras will be sent by email in PDF format after your online purchase. You will present it onsite (printed or on your smartphone) in order to perform the corresponding activity.
- Autographs can only be made/signed on official supports (supports sold by us, magazines, DVD ...) or on blank media (sheet, T-shirt ...). Guests or representatives reserve the right to refuse a support that is inappropriate for an autograph.

- It is possible to give gifts to guests ONLY during autograph sessions. Please take into account that guests travel by plane, car, train... so avoid gifts too heavy and / or big/large (actors are likely to refuse a gift too large, heavy ...)

- For activities with the guests, they will be installed at tables, you have to queue to get your autograph or other activity.

- The guests’ schedules and time of activity will be communicated to the approach of the event.

- The organizers of the LoveCon can not be held responsible for any activity missed in case you miss or are late to an activity.

-In case of loss or theft during the event, Royal Events and its partners and the venue of the event can not be held responsible.
However, in case of a complaint for theft, Royal Events reserves the right to ask each participants to open there bag to check the contents.

By participating in our events you authorize Royal Events to use your image (only as part of the event) for photos / videos.

♦ 2.Convention Infos:

- To access the convention part, it is mandatory to have a "pass" (1-day, 2-day or VIP pass) sold on the Lovecon.fr website via the shop menu.

- After the payment of your order for a convention pass, you will receive within 20 days an e-mail containing your nominative ticket for the convention in JPG format.

- If you have ordered more than one convention pass, you must print the ticket for each participant.

- To be able to access the convention, you will need to provide your ID as well as your printed nominative ticket (received by email in JPG format) and parental discharge if applicable. A badge and a wristband will be given to you.

- No nominative ticket will sent by the Post Office.

- After recovery of your badge and wristband, you must have them on you at all times for the duration of the event. A badge / bracelet check may be requested at any time by any member of the event organization. If you can not / do not want to present your badge / bracelet or ticket, the members of the organization of the event reserve the right to have you leave the premises immediately and without refund.

- Your extras will be given to you onsite in the form of tickets, in a pocket, on presentation of your registered name ticket and identity document (+ parental authorization if applicable).

- Autographs can only be made on official supports (supports sold by us, magazines, DVD ...) or on blank media (sheet, T-shirt ...). Guests or representatives reserve the right to refuse a support that is inappropriate for an autograph.

- It is possible to give gifts to guests ONLY during autograph sessions. Please take into account that guests travel by plane, car, train... so avoid gifts too heavy and / or bulky (actors are likely to refuse a gift too large, heavy ...)

-Your printed photoshoots with the guests will be given to you onsite the day of the event; on photo paper. If an incident prevented the printing of photos on the spot, they would be sent by mail. The digital version of your jpeg photoshoots will be sold on our website following the event.
-The photoshoots duos / trios / groups are valid for two participants

- The simple photoshoots are valid for only one participant, if you wish to be two on the same photoshoot (with only one actor), each one will have to buy the corresponding extra (except current promotion).

- For autograph, photoshoots or other activity sessions, you will be called by row in the conference room. Royal Events and its partners can not be held responsible for any autograph, photoshoot or other activity missed in case of absence from you.

-The photos of the actors with your cameras are allowed only during the questions-answers conferences, and are prohibited during autograph sessions, photoshoots, meetings etc., your photos must remain strictly for personal and non-commercial use.
It is strictly forbidden to take pictures of actors outside the conferences, Royal Events and its partners reserve the right to make you leave the event immediately without refund.
A photographer will be present to take pictures of the convention which will then be put online for free on our website or posted on social networks.

- For the comfort of guests, the flashes of cameras will be allowed only a few minutes during the conferences.

- The videos and audio recordings are prohibited on the entire event, cameramen will be there to capture the best moments. Anyone caught filming or recording during the event may be excluded from the convention.

-In case of loss or theft during the event, Royal Events and its partners and the venue of the event can not be held responsible.
However, in case of a theft complaint, Royal Events reserves the right to ask each participants to open there bag to check the contents.

- It is illegal and strictly forbidden to introduce or consume alcohol (except those offered by the stands present) or drugs on the convention site, any person surprised for this purpose will be excluded.

-A photocopy of your identity card may be required to access a private activity such as a meeting with some of our guests.

- The guest, its representative or the organizers of the LoveCon reserve the right to refuse a participant's access to an activity, or to ask the participant to go out for a behavior deemed inappropriate.
